Job summary

Shosha Blenheim in New Zealand is seeking a permanent full-time Retail Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers choose vaping products.

You will handle daily store operations, stock management, packing online orders, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting the store manager on day-to-day tasks. Weekend shifts are required as part of the roster.

Responsibilities

• Be providing all customers with excellent customer service.
• Completing all daily store operations.
• Dealing with customer queries and issues.
• Helping customers find the right product using up-to-date information.
• Packing online orders on request.
• Maintain daily stocktake procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Assist the Manager with the daily operational tasks.
• Ensure the store sales and inventories are accurately accounted for.

In this role you will:

Be providing all customers with excellent customer service.

Keeping up to date with the latest technology to assist customers to find the right product for them.

Packing online orders on request.

Maintain Daily Stocktake Procedures.

Maintain the cleanliness of the store.

Assist the Manager with the daily operational tasks.

Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted for.

In order to be considered for this role you will need:

To have well-developed communication and listening skills.

Previous experience in a retail environment.

Must work on the weekends and according to the roster.

Reliable and enthusiastic.

You will be required to work at least one full weekend day; this will be part of the roster. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to one weekend day.
