Job summary

Shosha NZ is a retail team in Christchurch that focuses on vaping gear, vaporizers and related products. You will join a growing, upbeat store environment with a strong emphasis on customer service and product knowledge.

This is a permanent full-time role located at Shosha Columbo Street and Shosha New Brighton, requiring weekend shifts as part of the roster. You will work with a friendly, down-to-earth team dedicated to helping customers quit smoking by choosing vaping options.

Qualifications

• To have well-developed communication and listening skills.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Must work on the weekends and according to the roster.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Be providing all customers with excellent customer service.
• Completing all daily store operations.
• Dealing with customer queries and issues.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology to assist customers to find the right product for them.
• Packing online orders on request.
• Maintain Daily Stocktake Procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Assist the Manager with the daily operational tasks.
• Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted for.

You will be required to work at least one full weekend day; this will be part of the roster. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to one weekend day.

The position will be at multiple locations, Shosha Columbo Street and Shosha New Brighton.
