Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Demonstrable curiosity and a strong commitment to learning and development.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret complex documents, including financial, numerical and business information.
• Ability to use digital tools and data required for the role efficiently and effectively.
• Well-developed written and oral communication and editing skills
• Advanced technical skills in one or more of the following: Quantitative analysis and modelling; Qualitative analysis; Business analysis and process engineering; Data engineering; Data visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of evidence and advice to advance programme goals across analytics, modelling, evaluation and reporting.
• Provide expert advice on methodology, standards, commissioning, and deliver high quality analysis and written communications.
• Collaborate across the Te Au Reka group to deliver evidence-based insights that support strategy, investment and prioritisation across the programme.
