Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, or related capacity.
- Proven track record managing complex development projects from conception to completion.
- Strong financial acumen, including project financing and P&L management.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential development sites and market opportunities in Queenstown.
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial analyses, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Manage acquisition processes, including negotiation and legal documentation.
- Oversee design and planning phases, coordinating with architects and engineers.
- Secure financing and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
