Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience in NZ construction.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, procurement, contracts and risk management.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, variations and reporting.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Oversee contracts, variations and claims.
• Procure and manage subcontractors.
• Monitor costs, risks and cashflow.
• Support tendering and pricing.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
