Job summary

Construction & Technical Recruitment in Queenstown, South Island, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team on a range of commercial, civil, infrastructure, and major development projects. You will manage cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting, while mentoring junior staff and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' quantity surveying experience.
• Consultancy experience preferred, contractor-side candidates considered.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge.
• Experience across commercial buildings, infrastructure, civil or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
