Job summary

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• Experience in senior QS, estimator, or commercial construction roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with pre-contract and post-contract processes.
• CAD or BIM experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying tasks across estimating, cost management, progress claims, variations, invoicing, and final accounts.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate variations and final accounts.
• Take-offs from 2D or CAD drawings and collate project pricing.
• Collaborate with administration and project teams to ensure strong financial performance.
• Assist Project Managers with monthly progress claims and invoicing.
