Job summary

Tait Communications is seeking a Senior Quality Process Lead to drive process improvements, maintain quality management systems, and support growth across markets. You will collaborate with leaders and SMEs to implement scalable, compliant processes and promote continuous improvement across the organisation.

The role requires auditing experience (ISO 9001/27001), strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering practical, value‑driven improvements in multi‑site or international

Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvement initiatives across cross-functional organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement practices.
• Auditing experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 in service delivery environments.
• Experience developing quality frameworks, procedures, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to analyse end‑to‑end processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead design and delivery of process improvement initiatives to strengthen performance.
• Build quality capability through training, coaching and practical guidance.
• Maintain and enhance Quality Management Systems to stay fit for purpose.
• Lead internal reviews and audits and oversee corrective actions to resolution.
• Lead quality performance reporting and management reviews.
• Develop scalable quality and performance systems for growth into new markets.
