You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and shape public policy with impact-focused insights.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of consulting experience in the public sector.
• Strong understanding of government structures and policy-making processes.

• Lead engagements with public sector clients to address strategic, operational, and policy challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness within government entities.
• Conduct policy analysis, impact assessments, and provide recommendations for policy reform.
• Advise on digital transformation initiatives, including e-governance and citizen engagement platforms.
• Manage project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables in a remote setting.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations with public officials and community representatives.
