Competenze

• Master's degree in Urban/Regional Planning or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in urban/regional planning, with significant public sector or consultancy experience.
• Knowledge of SPLUMA and land use management principles.
• Experience developing policy, spatial planning frameworks, and development guidelines.
• Excellent virtual communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in GIS and planning visualization tools.

This critical role involves developing comprehensive urban strategies, conducting feasibility studies, and contributing to policy formulation aimed at enhancing community infrastructure and sustainability. You will work on diverse projects, collaborating virtually with government officials, community stakeholders, and technical experts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in urban planning, a strong understanding of land use regulations, and a proven ability to manage complex planning processes and stakeholder engagements remotely.
