• Extensive experience leading complex application development, modernization, and transformation programs.
• Strong governance, risk, issue, dependency, financial, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-program dependencies.
• Solid SDLC understanding and collaboration with delivery teams and architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic application development and transformation initiatives.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive management of risks, issues, decisions, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, development, testing, infra, security and support.
• Build relationships with customers, executives, and technical teams; communicate clearly.
