Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Dynamics 365 ERP transformations across Business Central and Finance & Operations. You will drive large-scale delivery, governance, and executive reporting, shaping outcomes and delivering value across multiple platforms.

You will engage senior sponsors, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to Fusion5's delivery frameworks while mentoring teams through challenging transformation journeys.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale, complex projects in professional services or consulting environments.
• Strong experience leading ERP or enterprise technology projects with exposure to Dynamics 365 BC/F&O.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive sponsors, steering committees, and executives.
• Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins and financial reporting.
• Solid grasp of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and applying the right approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP projects including BC and F&O.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive sponsors and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Own governance, steering committee facilitation, and executive reporting.
