Job summary

• Proven experience managing engineering, fabrication, maintenance or industrial projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project performance.
• Sound understanding of contract administration, variations and risk management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site-based activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium to large-scale engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Developing project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Leading project teams and coordinating internal stakeholders.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and procurement activities.
• Monitoring project performance against cost, schedule, quality and safety targets.
• Managing project risks, variations and scope changes.
• Preparing forecasts, financial reports and project governance updates.
• Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional project outcomes.
