Job summary

Director, New Zealand is partnering with a hugely successful boutique project management consultancy to drive delivery of a secured pipeline of multi-million construction projects across residential, commercial, civic facilities and industrial parks in Auckland and Waikato.

You will lead a team of high-performing PMs, focus on hands-on project delivery in a supportive environment, and enjoy hybrid work with strong career development opportunities in 2025 and beyond.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years project experience
• Projects up to $30 million+
• Solid understanding of NZS3910 and contracts
• Strong relationship management and communication
• Tertiary qualification in construction, PM or engineering

About the Role

About You

• A diverse background across construction project management within a consultancy
• Ideally a minimum of 6-8 years project experience up to $30 million+
• Good understanding of construction contracts, NZS3910
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering (or similar)
