Job summary

LM Recruitment is seeking a seasoned project management professional for a specialist client-side role in Hamilton. You will liaise with clients and multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering and architecture to drive delivery and value.

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in construction, engineering or architecture and has 8+ years NZ experience in project or construction management, with strong report writing and communications skills and an independent, adaptable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in a Project Management or Construction Management role in NZ.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and flex, as well be an independent thinker.
• Relevant tertiary qualification across Construction, Engineering, Architecture, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients and stakeholders across construction, engineering and architecture.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and reports.
• Oversee delivery to ensure quality and timelines.
