Job summary

Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale, technically complex project in Auckland. You will helm multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with customers, contractors and stakeholders, and deliver on budget, scope and governance with strategic leadership to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has senior project management track record across automation, infrastructure or engineering sectors, strong commercial acumen, and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Significant Senior Project Management experience delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and contractual capability.
• Experience in automation, materials handling, infrastructure or engineering environments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering qualification, ideally Mechanical or Electrical.
• PMP certification.
• Consortium or joint venture experience would be advantageous.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with customers, contractors, partners and senior stakeholders, bringing strong commercial judgement and strategic leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
