We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery & Contracts Manager to join our Brisbane-based Materials Handling team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this senior leadership role is responsible for leading the project delivery and contract management functions across the business. You will oversee a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

You will be responsible for project performance, commercial outcomes, contract governance, customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and sales teams, you will play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A relevant qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline. PMP certification will be highly regarded.
• Significant experience leading the delivery of complex engineering, industrial automation, materials handling or capital equipment projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing project teams.
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise, including contract negotiation, variation management and risk mitigation.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
