Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Onboarding team. You’ll shape the onboarding funnel for diverse retailer profiles, reducing steps, lowering manual effort, and using data to help merchants reach milestones in their first month.

Collaborating with engineers and product managers, you’ll translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces and help scale our design system across web, mobile, and future platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical, in-house product/UX/UI design experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align internal stakeholders.
• Strong aesthetic sense to elevate visual identity of brands.
• Curiosity to evolve design process with AI tools.
• Experience across digital and physical manifestations of design—from web to native apps.
• Empathy for customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think about product strategy and vision beyond visuals.
