Job summary
Les Mills International is seeking a Design Lead for our D2C Product team. You will set the UX strategy and translate customer insights into high‑impact product and business decisions across TV, mobile and desktop experiences.

- You think in systems, connecting experiences across devices and touchpoints, and you balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and delivery pace with a pragmatic mindset.
- You will own the design across TV, mobile and desktop, turning insights into high-quality journeys.
Responsibilities

- Own design across TV, mobile and desktop for LES MILLS+ and digital commerce.
- Coach a Product Designer and raise design bar across the team.
