Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Auckland onboarding team. You will shape the onboarding funnel for retailers from single-store to multi-store players, reducing steps and automating where possible, using data to hit onboarding milestones in the first month.

Bring 5+ years of in-house product/UX/UI design experience, strong collaboration with engineers and product managers, and a passion for user-centered design and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house product/UX/UI design experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with design systems and UI/interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work from a product perspective with autonomy.
• Define and optimize onboarding funnels across retailer profiles.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design within the team.
