Les Mills is seeking a Design Lead within our D2C Product team to shape the experience across LES MILLS+ on TV, mobile and desktop, turning customer insight into elegant journeys from discovery through retention.

You will own the design of digital commerce, including shopping, subscriptions, checkout and account management, stay hands-on in the work while coaching a Product Designer and lifting the design bar across a connected D2C ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on design leader who can set UX strategy and translate research into product decisions.
• Experience designing ecommerce, subscriptions, checkout or self-service flows.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance customer needs with business goals.

• Lead and mentor a Product Designer while elevating design quality across the D2C team.
• Own the design of LES MILLS+’s digital commerce experiences across TV, mobile, and desktop.
• Translate customer insights into end-to-end journeys from discovery to retention.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship high-quality, accessible experiences.
