Job description

• Lead non-stock procurement projects that drive contestability and commercial value
• Partner across the business on Marketing, Professional Services, and Technology procurement
• Manage concurrent procurement projects, from renewals to full RFX processes
• Gather requirements and evaluate suppliers
• Negotiate and draft contracts
• Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Manage RFPs/RFXs and commercially test proposals
• Handle contract renewals, including agreements valued over $3M
• Build supplier relationships and drive commercial outcomes
• Complete spend analysis and recommend optimal solutions
• Draft agreements and Statements of Work
• Ensure procurement processes are followed and appropriately closed out
