We are looking for an experienced Senior Portfolio Performance Advisor to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). In this role, you'll help senior leaders make informed, evidence-based decisions about DOC's portfolio of key investments, projects, and change initiatives. As one of the two seniors, you will co-lead portfolio analysis, reporting, and performance insights that support strategic investment decisions and portfolio optimisation. Working closely with senior leaders, governance groups, delivery teams, and business partners, you will ensure decision-makers have the information they need to manage risks, balance priorities, and maximise value from investment initiatives. You will also co-own DOC's portfolio management system, support the evolution of portfolio management practices and frameworks, and help strengthen project and programme delivery capability across the organisation.

Eligibility: You must hold a valid NZ work visa that covers the duration of employment. (SECONDMENT ONLY) You are encouraged to discuss secondment opportunities with your line manager. Secondments should support the development of skills and experience aligned with your development plan. You must seek support from your line manager before applying for a secondment. Approval from your one-up manager is also required before you can be released for a secondment opportunity.
