Job summary

Frog Recruitment in Wellington is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to conduct research and analysis to inform policy development in the Māori space. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure policy proposals are informed, effective and culturally appropriate.

In this role you will draft policy documents, monitor policy impacts, and support implementation through clear communication and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in policy analysis, particularly in the Māori context.
  • Strong capability in research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

About the role

As a Senior Policy Analyst, you will engage in research and analysis to inform policy development in the Māori space. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure policies are effective and culturally appropriate.
