Job summary

Share in Wellington seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our cloud-native infrastructure for the bandwidth marketplace. You will own Kubernetes clusters, production APIs, and the full stack from VM to containers, enabling reliable services at scale.

You lead, anticipate incidents, and drive improvements with an AI-enabled toolbox, collaborating with network, software, and systems teams in a fast-growing, investor-backed company with meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of systems/infrastructure experience with ownership at scale.
• Leadership mindset with responsibility for outcomes and decisions.
• Deep Kubernetes production experience: deployment, scale, debugging.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred): networking, IAM, multi-region.
• Full-stack depth from VM layer to containers and orchestration.
• Production API design and management experience.
• AI-native approach: built with AI tools, not only used.
