Job summary

Fluid Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join an established Auckland planning consultancy, delivering practical planning advice and managing resource consent applications from initial advice through to completion.

You’ll work across residential, commercial and land development projects, liaising with Auckland Council and other stakeholders, preparing planning assessments, reports and submissions, and guiding projects with strong autonomy alongside a team of experienced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Planner.
• Good working knowledge of the RMA and Auckland Unitary Plan.
• Auckland planning and consenting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing clients, projects and competing priorities.

An opportunity to join an established Auckland planning consultancy working across a strong pipeline of development projects.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Planner with a strong understanding of the Auckland planning environment, particularly the Auckland Unitary Plan, to join an established and growing consultancy.

You'll work across a varied range of projects, providing planning advice and managing resource consent applications from initial advice through to completion. The role offers a good level of autonomy, direct client involvement and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals across the wider development sector.
