Qualifications

• Significant planning experience within the Auckland market.
• Strong knowledge of the Auckland Unitary Plan and RMA.
• Experience managing complex planning and development projects.
• Strong commercial and client management skills.
• Previous leadership experience, or the capability to step into a management position.

Responsibilities

• Leading a range of complex planning and consenting projects
• Providing high-level planning advice to clients
• Managing key client and stakeholder relationships
• Working through complex matters under the Auckland Unitary Plan
• Supporting and developing other planners within the team
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and direction of the business
