Job summary

Fluid Recruitment is assisting an eminent national firm to recruit a Senior Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate) for their Auckland office in Environmental, Planning and Local Government.

You will handle matters under the Resource Management Act, infrastructure and development projects, plan changes, designations, and public law of local government; opportunity to mentor juniors and lead regional/national projects, contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years PQE in environmental, planning and/or local government law.
• Confident, professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to mentor junior solicitors and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of matters in environmental, planning and local government work.
• Mentor junior solicitors and support team development.
• Contribute strategically to regional and national projects.
• Engage in client relationship management and public-law matters.
