- $140K-$160K base salary, negotiable depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage construction programmes for tenders and active projects
- Work closely with project teams to establish construction methodologies, sequencing, and delivery plans
- Track project performance, identify potential delays and risks, and provide programme updates
- Conduct schedule and delay analysis to assess project impacts and key events
- Support EOT claims and commercial matters through detailed programme analysis
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Use Primavera P6 and/or MS Project to develop and maintain project schedules
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls within civil construction or infrastructure
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Experience with delay analysis, forensic scheduling, or EOT claims
- Understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a project team
- A proactive and commercially aware approach to project planning
