Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Operations Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance improvement consulting, operational excellence, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success leading and delivering complex performance improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement within client operations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
