Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance improvement consulting or similar roles.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma or other process-improvement frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of client operations to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead process optimization, cost-reduction, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage project lifecycle from diagnosis to implementation and follow-up.
• Analyze KPIs and craft actionable recommendations for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and train client teams in best practices.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Present findings and progress to clients; mentor junior consultants.
