You will analyze processes, develop practical solutions, and guide implementations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or a related role focused on performance improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes and implementing performance enhancement solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics to diagnose performance issues and measure the impact of interventions.
• Implement best practices and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization techniques.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to set performance targets and KPIs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
• Support business development activities by identifying new performance improvement opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively in a hybrid work setting.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
