Job summary

Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations Department, ensuring high guest experience and optimal revenue management. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and hands-on management of reservations activities.

You will manage yield strategies, work with guests, staff and partners, and drive performance to achieve sales targets while upholding the Holiday Inn brand standards.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in Reservations or Front Office management.
• Experience with OPERA or OPERA Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties reflecting well on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Comprehension of Hotel Systems and revenue management principles.
• Mathematical skills, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages and variances.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strategic and tactical thinker with ability to develop strategic plans and deliver projects on time.

We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to join our team in a full-time permanent position.

Your day to day As our next Reservations Manager , and you\'ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. The position is responsible for the operations of the Reservations Department by executing operational plans to deliver branded guest experience, executing yield tactics, and reservations sale strategies to meet our hotel\'s sales targets.

What we need from you
