Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Senior Manager to shape the leadership strategy, design development programs and drive a high‑performing culture across the firm. You will lead a small team, partner with senior leaders and the Board, co‑design leadership development and succession initiatives, and embed practical frameworks aligned to PwC expectations.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience as an organisational development practitioner.
• Formal coaching accreditation, MBTI accreditation and 360 feedback accreditations would be advantageous.
• Strong ability to translate talent and leadership strategy into practical, organisation-wide initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve PwC NZ’s leadership and organisational development strategy.
• Lead leadership programmes, coaching, and executive development.
• Use data, feedback and evaluation measures to assess impact and inform decisions.
• Co-design Partner Leadership Development and succession planning.
• Advise senior leaders on talent, culture and performance implications of business strategy.
• Manage the leadership programme budget and external supplier relationships.
• Coach and mentor the Organisational Development Advisor to improve delivery and efficiency.
