Job summary

PwC New Zealand seeks an Organisational Development Senior Manager to design, deliver and evolve the firm’s leadership and organisational development strategy. You will unify leadership, succession and partner development within an integrated One Firm approach and work with senior leaders to shape a thriving performance culture aligned to PwC expectations.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience as an organisational development practitioner.
• Ability to translate talent and leadership strategy into practical, organisation-wide initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership development, succession, coaching and strategic People and Culture practice.
• Excellent relationship, influencing and advisory skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver PwC NZ’s leadership strategy across formal programmes, informal learning and self-led development.
• Facilitate leadership programmes and workshops on leadership, coaching and inclusive practices.
• Use data, feedback and evaluation measures to assess impact and inform decisions.
• Co-design Partner Leadership Development, Partner Admissions and succession-related initiatives.
• Support Pathway to senior leadership for Directors and Managing Directors, including succession planning.
• Provide strategic input into the talent and leadership agenda and develop practical frameworks and tools.
• Advise business partners on talent, leadership and performance culture implications of strategy.
• Design tailored leadership interventions including executive coaching and development pathways.
• Manage the leadership programme budget and relationships with external providers.
• Mentor the Organisational Development Advisor to improve delivery and leverage AI.
