Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations engineering or process improvement.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Proven experience managing complex operational projects and leading teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of production systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to minimize waste and maximize throughput.
• Oversee process validation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on operational projects.
