Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering within a plant operations environment.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment layouts to enhance productivity and safety.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage projects related to process upgrades, new equipment installation, and facility modifications.
• Track KPIs for plant operations and report on performance and improvement initiatives.
