Job summary

CGR Services is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist in Wellington, NZ to apply clinical expertise and drive outcomes for clients. This permanent role offers opportunities to lead assessments, design individualized rehabilitation plans, and deliver evidence-based programmes.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, provide mentoring to junior clinicians, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders while advancing holistic client-centred care.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of post-registration occupational therapy experience.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills across a range of client presentations and settings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Full Driver Licence.

You will:

• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, client-centred care.
• Provide mentoring, clinical input, and support junior clinicians
