Job summary

Advanced Personnel Management in Wellington is seeking an Occupational Therapist/ Physiotherapist to join our team and help clients across workplaces and communities. You will apply clinical reasoning to deliver meaningful rehabilitation and return-to-work plans in diverse settings.

Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll contribute to a vibrant culture that supports growth, collaboration, and outcomes, with a focus on client-centered care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications, professional registration and valid practicing certificate.
• At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation.
• Drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care.
• High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across client needs.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders.
