Job summary

Winslow Technology Group, LLC (WTG) is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to install, configure, secure, and maintain complex network systems for customers. You will work with Project Managers, Account Executives, and Solution Architects to deliver robust WAN/LAN solutions including SD-WAN and cloud connectivity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of network infrastructure experience, Aruba PAN credentials, strong customer service, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with installation and administration within IT infrastructure domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications in Aruba/PAN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, secure, and maintain customer networks.
• Collaborate with PMs, Account Executives, and Solution Architects.
• Provide leadership and guidance on network delivery projects.
• Attend training to maintain vendor certifications and stay current.
