Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security analysis, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proficiency with Wireshark and analyzing network traffic.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and IDS/IPS.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, protocols, and cyber-attack vectors.
• Familiarity with NIST or ISO 27001 security frameworks and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems for security breaches and intrusion attempts.
• Analyze security alerts, investigate threats, and escalate incidents.
• Implement and manage security tools like firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
• Develop and maintain security policies and documentation.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Respond to incidents with containment and remediation.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
