Job summary

The NZ Ombudsman in Wellington is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the Modern Workplace and Applications stack, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. You’ll secure, configure, and continuously improve our digital environment while guiding the DAT team.

You will collaborate with vendors and business owners to move content and case management to SharePoint and Dynamics, while Azure migration and a move to a co-sourced model shape the future IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune and Defender.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and/or SharePoint migrations.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for release management and work tracking.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and NZISM.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent with external providers management.
