Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking a Digital Workspace Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, reliable digital workplace solutions. You will deliver modern platforms and services, guide stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining security and cost control.

The role is based in Auckland or Wellington with flexibility for enterprise-scale deployments and collaboration across a public-sector environment.

Formación

• Experience building and supporting secure, enterprise-grade solutions within complex environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and AI Foundry services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and enterprise digital workplace platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
• Development experience across SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Automation runbooks.
• Demonstrated coding or scripting capability in technologies including PowerShell, SQL and TypeScript.
• The ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Experience working within agile environments, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of security, quality, and delivery excellence.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and technical leadership.
• Public sector experience is desirable.
