Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist (Contract) to join our NZ-based Centre of Excellence. You will lead and deliver modern workplace solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack, guiding client adoption and continuous improvement.

You will bring extensive hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, working across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and AzureAD, with strong identity and security posture. This role is available across Datacom offices in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation.
• Extensive hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions to clients within the Microsoft 365 stack.
• Act as a technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence.
• Guide customers towards adoption and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 workloads.
