Job summary
Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Architect in Wellington, NZ to lead governance and delivery of Intelligent Workspace solutions within the Microsoft 365 stack. You will guide customers through cloud-first productivity and collaboration journeys, providing standards, designs, and SME-level support.
The role focuses on consulting and delivery across data, files, communications, security, and identity management, tying Microsoft 365 together with governance and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
- Lead solution architecture, governance, and project delivery activities.
- Provide expert guidance across Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs for new environments and projects.
- Create high-quality technical and operational documentation.
- Act as an escalation point and technical SME for operational teams.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Contribute to training, mentoring, and capability development across teams.
