Job summary

Datacom is hiring a Microsoft 365 Architect to lead governance and delivery of Intelligent Workspace solutions in the Microsoft 365 stack. You will guide customers through cloud-first productivity transformations and provide proactive, strategic guidance and operational support.

You will focus on MS 365 workloads across data, files, communications, security and identity, delivering standards and solutions and acting as SME for the tech ops team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong background in Microsoft identity and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience delivering complex projects and architecture documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead solution architecture, governance, and project delivery activities.
• Provide expert guidance across Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution designs for new environments.
• Create high-quality technical and operational documentation.
• Act as escalation point and SME for operational teams.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to training, mentoring and capability development.

Education

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field
