Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Architect to lead governance and delivery of Intelligent Workspace solutions within the Microsoft 365 stack for enterprise customers. You will guide customers through cloud-first productivity transformations, set standards, and act as SME for operations teams.

You will design and deliver across data, files, communications, collaboration, security, and identity, tying these together with robust documentation and proactive guidance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions
• Strong background in Microsoft Identity and modern workplace technologies
• Experience producing architecture, design, and technical documentation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer consulting skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers
• Lead solution architecture, technical governance, and project delivery activities
• Provide expert guidance across Microsoft 365 technologies
• Develop high-level and detailed solution designs for new environments and projects
• Create high-quality technical and operational documentation
• Act as an escalation point and technical SME for operational teams
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
• Contribute to training, mentoring, and capability development across teams
