Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist - M365 to join our New Zealand Information Management and Productivity Solutions team. You will consult, design, build, and support end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions that strengthen collaboration, information management, and productivity.

You will lead customer workshops, translate business needs into practical M365 designs, and guide migration and governance across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a consultant in ICT professional services.
• Extensive knowledge designing, building and deploying M365 Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365 from legacy platforms.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for customer workshops.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into practical M365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult on, design, build, and support end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, demonstrations and training.
• Gather and translate business requirements into solution designs and documentation.
• Provide governance and support for Microsoft 365 environments and Power Platform.
• Migrate information to SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Lead migration projects and ensure information management and protection.
• Coach customers and develop training materials.
