Job summary

Beca is seeking a senior Maritime or Coastal Engineer to lead complex ports and marine infrastructure projects in our Auckland team. You will combine deep technical design with practical delivery, guiding teams and building trusted client relationships while delivering high-quality engineering solutions in coastal environments.

Travel across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands may be involved as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in delivering ports and maritime infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical expertise in marine structures design (wharves, piling, breakwaters, coastal protection).
• Deep understanding of marine construction and constructability, including logistics and temporary works.
