Halter is seeking a Senior Manager | Account Management for the North Island. You’ll lead the team that ensures every Halter farmer gets full value of the system year after year, owning retention, renewals and expansions.

This senior leadership role designs scalable operating models, mentors Account Management Leads and Managers, and collaborates with Revenue Ops, Marketing, Support, Launch and Product to continuously improve the customer experience across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to retain and grow customer revenue in a field-based or enterprise environment.
• Exemplary coaching, people development and performance management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own retention, renewals and expansion targets for the North Island region.
• Design and implement scalable operating models for NZ account management.
• Lead and develop Account Management Leads and Account Managers; coach and hire top talent.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Marketing, Support, Launch and Product to improve customer experience.
